Jingjing and Chacha Cruise Ur Browser

Jingjing and Chacha, China’s virtual internet cartoon cops, sometimes walk across select webpages on the Chinese ‘net and say “远离淫秽色情倡导文明上网” and “拒色低俗内容弘扬和谐向上”, which translates roughly as “eliminate obscene pornography, support a civilized ‘net” and “resist pornographic, base and vulgar content, promote a harmonious [society]”.
